History

• In 1991 PCDC partnered with the Women’s Development Corporation to develop 18 units of rental housing in Woodlawn known as Neighborhood Preservation Apartments.
• In 1995 PCDC worked with the Pawtucket Credit Union and the Federal Home Loan Bank to develop 15 units of rental housing in Pleasant View and Woodlawn.
• By 1999 PCDC had developed 9 homes for 1st time home buyers and 38 affordable apartments.
• In 2001 PCDC partnered with The Community Builders to develop 27 units of affordable apartments.
• By 2004 PCDC had developed13 homes for 1st time home buyers and 93 affordable apartments.
• In 2005 PCDC will complete 5 affordable condominium units for 1st time home buyers.
