Barton Street Neighborhood Association

The Barton Street Neighborhood Association (BSNA) is the local neighborhood association of residents of the Barton Street area. Initially started as a block watch, the organization has grown to sponsor community events and to demand increased law enforcement, code compliance, and inclusion in planning for the Pawtucket/Central Falls Depot. Cecilia Constanza is President of the BSNA and may be contacted in care of PCDC.
